Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 5 - 7 business days, unless otherwise stated. 

The exception to this is during a 'Pre-order' period whereby the estimated dispatch date will be displayed.

Some items may be dispatched directly from the supplier who have different dispatch times and this can also mean that some items arrive separately. Where an item is dispatched by another supplier, this will be displayed in the Item description section. 

There are certain times during the year where it is expected that delivery may take slightly longer e.g Christmas, Black Friday, Large sales/Re-launch. Pandemics, natural disasters and courier delays during holiday periods, strikes etc can also impact the time it takes to receive your parcel, however this will be out of Slay She Goes' control and we ask for customers to please be patience during these times. 

There have been considerable strikes and delays via Royal Mail at times, which has impacted the length of time it takes to receive orders. 

If we are experiencing a high volume or orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email. 

Digital products should be received immediately but please check your junk/spam folder. If you have not yet received the digital file and it has been longer than 2-3 days, then please email us on slayshegoes@gmail.com and we will look into this for you.

Some digital courses require access to be approved by the course creator, which is out of Slay She Goes control. However, if you have problems, please email us on slayshegoes@gmail.com and we will advise you further and try to help.

 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

 

Address details

Please ensure that you have entered the correct delivery address at checkout as these details cannot be amended after the order has been placed (for security and fraud prevention reasons). Orders cannot be cancelled after completing checkout and no refunds/replacements will be given in instances whereby the order has not been received by the customer, due to the incorrect delivery address being entered. 

 

Custom charges & related fees

Slay She Goes is not responsible for any custom charges/fees a customer may incur or receive after placing an order. These fees must be paid for by the customer and Slay She Goes reserve the right to refuse returns/refunds based on custom charges not being paid and where a parcel is returned back to Slay She Goes.
